This Privacy Policy sets out the policy of Luton Caravan Centre Limited which trades under the name ‘Amber Leisure’ (registered in England and Wales under company number 01615874 whose registered office is at Unit 1 Airport Executive Park, President Way, Luton, LU2 9NY) (“Amber Leisure”, "we", “us” or "our"), who operate the website www.amberleisure.com and websites linked to this website (collectively the “Site”), and you, being the person providing us with personal information through the Site and referred to hereafter as "you" or “your”. 

Amber Leisure is committed to protecting your privacy and this Privacy Policy sets out our policy on how we will and will not use any personal information you supply us with.

1.         INFORMATION COLLECTION

By entering your personal information through the Site, applications and software provided by Amber Leisure or its licensors (collectively the "Platform"), you accept that we may retain your information and it may be held by Amber Leisure or by any third party company which processes it on our behalf.

When you use the Platform, we may ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, contact details and, if we are to take a payment from you, your bank account, debit card or credit card details.  We may retain this information so that we can recognise you as a registered user and deliver the goods and/or services which we are required to deliver to you.

The Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) gives you the right to access information held about you.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
